Keith Goverd, owner of Quality English Apple Juice, has won the Cider Innovation Award at the Royal Bath and West Show for a paper on ‘The use of surplus Somerset apples’.
Keith maintains his role as Director and Chairman of Bath Farmers‘ Market.
